Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Easy peasy, 4 ingredient vegan parmesan cheese that’s perfect on top of pastas, pizza… anywhere you’d usually use parmesan cheese! Use an old jam jar, label it up and store in the fridge up to 2 months.

Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Description

4 ingredient Vegan Cheese, Super Simple and will last for up to 2 months refrigerated in a sealed airtight container. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 150g Raw Cashew Nuts
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender/food processor pulse until a fine meal is achieved.
  • Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh in a sealed air tight container, will store for up to 2 months.

Notes

  • You can also use other nuts like walnuts or almonds, cashews however do have a neutral flavour.
  • I store mine in a re used jam jar, it’s perfect. I use my Dymo label maker to label it up as vegan parmesan.
