4 ingredient Vegan Cheese, Super Simple and will last for up to 2 months refrigerated in a sealed airtight container.
- 150g Raw Cashew Nuts
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3/4 tsp salt
Add all ingredients to a blender/food processor pulse until a fine meal is achieved.
Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh in a sealed air tight container, will store for up to 2 months.
- You can also use other nuts like walnuts or almonds, cashews however do have a neutral flavour.
- I store mine in a re used jam jar, it’s perfect. I use my Dymo label maker to label it up as vegan parmesan.
