Almond Cacao Fudge (VEGAN + Plant based)

Here is the most delicious Dairy Free Fudge, it’s so good, plant based, gluten free and vegan. So simple to make up. Here’s the thing I am careful with sweet foods, I stay clear of processed foods and stick to plant based options. I like a sweet treat now and then like everyone but there is nothing more satisfying than making your own delicious treats.

This fudge can be stored in the freezer so you can get them out whenever you choose lasting 3 months, if you can actually make them last that long. Remember always eat responsibly šŸ˜‰

OVERVIEW

PREP TIME : 10 MINS

REST TIME : 2 HOURS

SERVING : 18

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup coconut oil

3/4 cup almond butter (I make my own I will share this recipe)

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/8 tspĀ himalayan salt

1 tsp vanilla paste

Desiccated coconut. (If you choose, for the sprinkles on top)

METHOD

Line an 8″ square pan with parchment paper

1.Melt coconut oil in a pan or 30 seconds in the microwave. 2. Mix with a whisk the cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla paste, salt and almond butter together until a nice smooth consistency.

3. Pour the mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle with the desiccated coconut if you choose then put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

4. Use a Sharpe knife to cut into squares.

This is when I put them into the freezer, and pick them out when I want.
